Reservation Cancellation & Change Policy
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us using one of the methods below:

Please note that cancellation fees will be charged as outlined below, except in cases of unavoidable circumstances.
For General Customers (1 to 7 people)
- Cancellation on the day before: 50% of the reserved amount
- Cancellation on the day of: 100% of the reserved amount
- No-show (without prior contact): 100% of the reserved amount
- If you have requested a specific room, a separate room charge may apply.
For Group Customers (8 people or more)

| 5 days before | 40% of the reserved amount |
| 3 days before | 50% of the reserved amount |
| 1 day before | 70% of the reserved amount |
| On the day | 100% of the reserved amount |
If the number of participants is reduced, the same cancellation fee as for general customers will apply per person:
50% for changes made the day before
100% for same-day changes
100% for no-shows
Other
If cancellation is due to unavoidable reasons such as bad weather, natural disasters, social unrest, or transportation delays, the cancellation fee may be waived or reduced only if you contact us in advance. Please note that we may require proof such as official certificates.
