Food Menu
The menu consists of “Otoshi” (appetizer), “Shirumono” (soup), “Moriawase” (assortment), “Hoba-yaki” of Kuroge Wagyu beef, “Shokuji” (rice dish), and “Kanmitsu” (dessert).
Each dish is prepared using the best seasonal ingredients available at the time.
In Japan, “shun” refers to the season when ingredients are at their most delicious and most nutritious.
Through cuisine, we have a tradition of savoring the blessings of nature and the changing seasons. Enjoying food in its prime is also an expression of Japanese hospitality.
As the menu changes with each performance, we will announce the details once it has been decided.

The meal includes Hayashi rice, soup, and salad.
Hayashi Rice – A Japanese-style hashed beef stew with onions and mushrooms, simmered in a demi-glace sauce, served over rice.

・Cold water is provided free of charge.

We also offer a selection of beverages including beer, wine, sake, whiskey, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Many of our drinks are locally produced in Nagano Prefecture, allowing you to enjoy both Japanese culture and the unique flavors of Nagano through your drink.
・Please be advised that beverages are not included in the reservation price. Any drinks ordered will incur an additional charge payable at the venue.

Each dish is crafted using ingredients that are in their seasonal prime—known in Japan as “shun,” when food is at its most flavorful and nutritious.
